In the Support area you'll find the Help Centre. The link in green to the left ⬅ will take you to support. The Help Centre is in the White Ribbon above the Green Boxes. Click on that and a menu list will appear.
Under Events and challenges you'll see a green "View all". Click on that and you'll get a Player's Guide to the Jelly Saga games.
Give it a read and if you need help. Click on the "Discussions" in the top line above and see if there's a discussion there that fits your question. If not, under the banner of Jelly and the Jelly Queen, you'll see a "new discussion" green box. Click it, create a title that explains the subject and write what you need help with.
Use the @ symbol like I did with your name above and start typing Lady, I should come up and that's a tag. I'll get notified and come and answer if I can or tag one of our locals😃
