The events are not available everywhere for every player and on every device. You can only play it with your old cell phone at the moment. Because the player groups are selected randomly for events. Please be patient and it could still come.

Sometimes it’s also possible that you are unable to play these because you don’t have the latest version of the app or a stable Internet connection, or simply you’re not connected to the Kingdom or Facebook. You can also try opening the game, logging out of the Kingdom or Facebook, closing the game, then finally re-opening and connecting again. Some of these tricks may work for you.
If they don’t, it’s just a matter of time. You may not be amongst the selected group at the moment but soon you’ll be the lucky one to enjoy the new challenges as well as your friends!

RC is a feature currently being tested, it may have become unavailable for reasons related to that. Please check for app update and if disconnecting and reconnecting (log out/restart device/log in/clear a level to make sure game is connected to server) don't help then you can only wait for the feature to return on its own, I'm afraid.

This feature is testing feature Now. It may be device sensitive also. Please Clean cache files of your device log out from game and reboot the device and try to connect after few minutes. Hope now it will be returned
