    Sorry you're still experiencing this problem. Are those missing points still related to Royal Championship? Are you winning battles but you don't see your position in the final ranking/leaderboard? Is your game showing other anomalies in other departments?

    May I ask you what device and what platform (app/facebook) are you playing on?

    You could try clearing cache if you play on Android, logging out, restarting device and logging in as suggested by Lim

    Also, I'll leave these tips against crashing for all devices:


    Here some other tips for iOS and Android phone, provided you have a King or Fb account, of course:

    • Make your device software auto update. Make sure the OS is updated top the latest version. Android needs to be at least Android 5 and iPhone iOS 8 or later version.
    • Make your game app auto update.
    • Don't open game when battery below 25%
    • Don't accept incoming call when you playing this game.
    • Close all background running app before start this game.
    • You will need to have at least 2 GB of free memory
    • The RAM needs to be at least 1 GB on the phone
    • Force close/ for stop all apps and restart the device

    If this doesn't help, then I'd advise you to contact Player Support / Customer Care directly from your game, explain your problem in the form and send it so they can check what's wrong with your game and hopefully solve it.

    As a last resort reinstall the game app, you will lose all boosters and stored lives but not progress and gold bars if you have an account.
