Since switching to a new phone I cannot play the vs game, can you fix it please?

Please do this: Check App update> Sign out game> Restart device and wait 5 minutes after power on> Open game and sign in. Clear the cache. Otherwise it is possible that you do not have it. because events are different on every device.

Not all devices have the same event.

Please play a normal level on the map and it could come then. As your game updates.

@helent284 Hi and welcome, Please check your gam is up to date and log out and restart your device, then log back in and see if this improves.

If not it may be that you not in the group for that feature, but you could be again in the future. nobody everybody gets every feature and they would also be device specific.

By the way, you can continue playing Royal Championship Feature on your old device but this feature cannot be transferred with any devices. (Like Unlimited Lives News on Candy Crush Saga)
