Inappropriate User Name

I found a user with an inappropriate user name. I am uncertain how to report it without using the inappropriate words. Note that I did take a screenshot with the inappropriate name on it . Please advise on how I should report the inappropriate name

You can also use the flag marker at bottom left of the post and flag it. just click on that and reason, you can also put a note in it and it will be deal with. This is what i tend to use when do not know what CM is working at the time
