Cannot send and receive lives

I updated my games, I think, and I still cannot send and receive lives or gifts. It also takes forever to load now. Can you please tell me the steps to take to update Microsoft edge?

@tammy67 Hi and welcome, microsoft edge will be updated automatically if your windows updates are on. You will need to clear the browser cache and log out and restart your device, then log back in and see if this solves your issue regarding the game loading

A fair few people are experiencing this problem at the moment and think is was mainly due to a Facebook platform update.

All i can suggest at the moment is to check you Facebook permission settings. go to Facebook settings , webs and apps and check all your game and notification settings are set to active

Hopefully this will solve your problem, or this issue will be resolved soon

There is an issue at the moment for facebook for sending and recieving lives. I am sure the king studios and facebook both are working on it. But for loading of your game. You can try with another browser. if you are using Microsoft Edge for example, then try with Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox or Opera and vice versa.
