Request for Lives Not Working & Update Question

Hello,

I am playing on Widows 10 and have one issue and one question. I am unable to send a request for lives. When I click on send nothing happens. I don't believe I'm getting any request from others for lives either.

Also, playing on Windows 10 and just click on an icon to start the game vs going to the King website and starting the game. How do I do the update? Will I lose my progress (level I've reached) if I update?

1. Select the Start screen, then select Microsoft Store.
2. In Microsoft Store at the upper right, select the account menu (the three dots) and then select Settings.
3. Under App updates, set Update apps automatically to On.

It was already set to auto update but it hasn't updated. I just checked and the version I am playing is 2.53.8.0. I would love to update but don't know how since it didn't do it automatically. Will I lose my progress if I update?

You cannot lose your progress after any updates. 😊
