Same thing is happening to me! I no longer win any fish or cupcakes (square booster). I have tried playing with only the free boosters for several months and have won many reward chests, but never any more fish or cupcake boosters. I'm really sad about this. They aren't in the red chests, pink ones, gold ones, nor turquoise ones. I've had a win streak up to 15 and still can't win those 2 particular prizes.
