Sorry to inform you that there seems to be issue with RC and this has been reported to our CM. Hopefully, there will be an answer soon.
In the meantime, please disconnect your device from internet, wait for couple of minutes, then reconnect back your device to the internet, play a level and try to access the RC. If the issue is still the same, please try again few hours later.
If this continues and you are still not able to access the game, please take a screenshot of your issue. For lost boosters due to RC issue, regret to inform that it is not replaceable at this moment. However, you may re-post your issue with the detail of your device model and game version on this thread and our CM in charge will look into it once she's back to work on Monday.

We have some good news for you- the team has found the fix, and it should be live when the next championship starts, at least for Android devices. It is very important, however, that you update your game and device to the latest version in order to receive this fix.
