The game hasn't loaded successfully for me on Gameroom or FB for over a week...what's going on?

I have followed all the troubleshooting steps that were already posted on the forum, but no go. The game shows start up, goes black for a few seconds, then comes back with you're experiencing a problem we're working hard to fix" etc. Tried different devices, different browsers, cleared cache, even deleted the game from Gameroom, closed GR and then reloaded...no go. ID is 7638528787...aside from the overly feminine graphics, this has been a fun game to play. I would appreciate an update or better yet, an actual fix, so I can continue (also lost all my boosters as the days that I couldn't play have likely set me back to day 1...of course, i'm assuming that since I can't actually get past a loading screen.) Thanks
