My internet is strong. Every time I win, I get the error message that something went wrong! You don’t seem to have a problem taking my money when I buy boosters or more gold bars, yet when I win, something ALWAYS seems to go wrong! What the heck??!!

There was also an update recently for some.
Save your game and check your device storage and updates for the game and device.
Yes clearing the cache is helpful too and the browser.
Maintenance basics are always good to check every so often.
Once you've done this and looked in the Help Centre or around support for advice on topics you have, then screenshots and ID's are helpful, if the issue continues! Troubleshooting tips are there for you guys and are helpful for us to know if you've tried them already :0)
@Love06 I had the same sand issue, cleared the cache and it was fixed.

In the end of game, you can find help list. If you still need help. In the end of page and send emails OR you delete the cache.

Keep in mind though, that not everyone has the RC open at the same time :0)

I just replied to someone else on how to do this, but, my comment disappeared, LOL! Oh well, but, @headoperations walked everyone through it above. You need to be in the game on your mobile {or whatever platform you're using} and click the gear or star looking button. Then, click the i at bottom & scroll down to Purchases & Gold bars. Click on that topic & again scroll to bottom. It will say "Still need help? Contact us." That will bring up a form already filled in with your email address. You need to describe problem in as much detail as possible and if problem involves money spent, they will require a SS of purchase. In your case, I would also provide a SS of your timer still counting down. I'd bet they'll refund you or give you 24hrs. more when up & running again. A similar thing happened to me with the 24hrs. Unlimited and they fixed it immediately. Also, some gold bars mysteriously disappeared from my account one day and they not only refunded them, they gave me a few more for the hassle. Hope that helps & hope you get your money/hours back $🤑$

I will gladly click "accepted this answer," if I knew how?!?! LOL! But, I don't see that option anywhere. Can you please tell me where to find it? I see the "helpful, woah, sweet, etc.,etc..." that we can click on, but, they seem to be my only options. I didn't even know we were supposed to do that, so, thank you for the information, much appreciated 🙃

Why do I get oops something went wrong everytime I try to join join royal championship arena?
I’m having the same problem but my ‘unlimited lives’ timer is still going, is support willing to add the time we can’t get on?
Every time I go in it tells me something went wrong. Can you check on it please
You mentioned that. But they are closing Arena Monday's also. 😕I'd love to have their hours they work!

Hi there. Is the Royal Championship not working? When I click on the Arena tab, nothing happens! I have updated the app, but it didn’t help.
I will not buy the 24 hr ticket anymore. Not the first time I lost money because the app isn't working.

Ever so often jelly really fails me. I have great internet service but it will shut a game down saying lost connection right when i win or the arena will take several trys to enter saying i have no internet available. Well ever since this arena round has begun i can't access it at all. All day when i try it tells me no internet. I've spent alot of money playing this game And at this point its gonna be money wasted cause as much as i love this game I'm close to getting rid of it. Anyone else have the no internet available issue this often?

You can continue playing on your Phone or your Windows Laptop by installing the Candy Crush Jelly App! Once you have installed the app, simply log in back with the same Facebook Account you were using earlier and you can continue playing where you left off!
