I've been having the same problem ALL morning! Couldn't sleep last night, so, was up very early. I've been trying to play the Royal Challenge for hours now. And, it keeps telling me "oops, there was a problem" since about 5am EST. π€ So frustrating!!!
Something is wrong, help please
Same here, all morning, have been trying to play for 4-5 hours and it won't let me in either! I was getting so mad at my phone, LOL, but, now I see it's universal π€¬

Same here, been trying to get in to play for hours. Keep getting "oops, something went wrong!" I was ready to throw my phone across the room & freak out on my cable co., even though I can plainly see my internet connection is working just fine, LOL!!! I guess they're having some internal issues. Whew, glad to know I'm not the only one. I was so ticked that I couldn't play. Somehow, I feel better now, like I'm not missing out while everyone else gets to play π€ͺ
Has anybody received any help with this? I also help getting βsomething went wrongβ for hours?
Sorry to hear that, yeah, that really sucks!!! Apparently, a lot of us are having the same issue. I haven't been able to get in for the last 5-6 hours either. But, I'd also be very upset if I had just bought 24hrs. of play. Hope they work it out soon π€¬
Well, I finally figured out how to contact Support and I guess they are aware of this issue. Here is a screenshot with their answer. Hopefully they will work hard and fix this issue π πππππ
I am having same issue. It's frustrating when I absolutely have internet. Contacted them and reported issue. No luck. Really passing me off. I even did their 3 step trouble shooting recommendation and none of 3 worked either.
