You can't actually get friends to give you lives, if they aren't playing the game! It means that you could either tell one of your friends to play a game and then send lives to each other, or you can add someone to your Facebook Freinds who plays the game!

@stowhil seeing as you have a Facebook account why don’t you join a candy crush jelly group on Facebook and make a few friends on there who play the game, our lovely @Elsa has a group that covers Candy crush saga, jelly, soda and friends for example so you could go on there and ask for friends who play jelly. Good luck
