I already updated my game, and still nothing.
ive been reading the comments and complains and I have to say that I’m having the same issues, but why most bothers me it’s the fact that I lose tickets. Suddenly when the gama is about to start and I’ve been match, the “no connection” comes and make me lose the tickets and the progress.
also when I get the 24hours tickets for every 5 games I play I just won 1, it’s like a wasted of money and time. I won’t buying the 24 hours ticket again.
the game is fun, I like the whole competition thing in real life but with sooo many issues it’s turning annoying

First off let me welcome you to the Jelly Community and commend you on reading around. I can tell you that is appreciated a lot!
Yes, you've probably seen discussions not recommending the purchase of 24hr tickets.
The game does come and go though and not everyone has it at the same time. I didn't have it a week or so ago. As much as it is a "live" game, it isn't simultaneous across multiple platforms and multiple countries at the same time.
Yes there are some issues within the game. Some have been submitted for fixing recently, as the Community and I went through some of those issues together. The Lock Timer has been removed at this point and we are unsure if it will be back at all but some issues are still being worked through.
As Game Mod, I'll keep you informed as we go along, when we get any updates.
