I can see that you have the PC browser version in FB. Please try a different browser. Maybe OPERA, because it still supports the browser version. It's the same in King.com. Question: Do you still have a mobilies device to play games? If so, use it there. Do you have a PC with Window 10? If so, please download the game from the micro store. Please enter your exact details, a player name and password. Hope that helps. There are fewer problems with the app.
