Gold bars refund request -> prevented from utilizing 24 hour ticket

On my main device/account, it says that the arena for the Royal Championship is "closed". I don't know why it didn't reopen when the new championship started. However on my other device with no saved login, it does show that the event is indeed happening. I bought gold bars last evening to get the 24hr unlimited tickets. And now I've only been able to get a few hours out of it, since there is no event today for me at all. The 24 hours are going to be up soon. I'd like to request a refund of the 50 gold coins i spent to purchase 24 hours of RC, but instead only got 3 hrs last evening.
