There has been an update recently, might be worth checking yours.
Have you tried the troubleshooting, clearing cache and browser etc.
Please let us know which device you are on and if playing through Facebook to.
All these things are helpful in knowing what you've tried?

I have done the update, cleared cache and cookies. I’m playing on an iPad, through the CCJelly app. I’m gonna uninstall and reinstall, as that worked last time lol.
Please let me know how that goes and if you get them back or loose them again.
