I'm sure that everyone always sees the main menu background first when opening the game. But do you know how many times the game changed the design for the background? This topic will synthesize some typical backgrounds from the past to the present.

BACKGROUND 1 - August 28, 2015

This was the most primitive background when this game was launched. You can see the logo was the same as one in Candy Crush Soda. But "Soda" was replaced by "Jelly". Jenny's design was a bit simple and fewer colors. And all the background contains only Jenny's balloon and her treetop house with pink clouds and sky was half blue half yellow.

BACKGROUND 2 - August 31, 2017

After 2 years, the background was changed. You can see the logo was changed like you see as for now. Jelly Queen, jelly mountain were added to this background. And the sky was changed into blue.

BACKGROUND 3 - September 7, 2019

Ok 2 years later again. And the background was more colorful. As you can see, Jelly was flying along with Yeti on her balloon and both were very happy seeing underneath. And you can see something like a big yard under the background. Yeah, that was the time the event called Royal Championship was testing and that was the reason why the studio redesigned.

BACKGROUND 4 - September 15, 2020

After 1 year, the background was changed again. This is the present background you can see when you open the game on mobile phones or Windows 10. This is the time that an event called Royal Championship was released for some players, and this is the reason why the studio redesigned to advertise this exclusive event.

@NamTruong2001 I've been playing the game for a long time and I can remember the background. But I never captured the entry-level picture. Whenever it looked new or modern, I was happy. That's it. Nothing more. 

You need to have a lot of memory on your device. Whenever I've done a job, I delete everything on my device (not the app, of course, but just the pictures).

@NamTruong2001 I like the current background the best. I remember the original candy crush logo but didn't notice only the jelly was switched out on it. But then again I wasn't playing ccjs in 2015

@NamTruong2001 I must say I like background 3 best as it offers the option to save your progress and its surprising just how many players don't know how to do this and it creates problems if they have to perform any fixes.

With this background they can do it easily.

Also the design is great 👍🌞
