Trouble Collecting tickets for free moves. HELP!!!!! Level 3754

Has anyone getting trouble collecting tickets for your free turns? I play at home and when I click on the "book" It keeps telling me turn your device around. Well I'm playing at home on the computer screen and it wont let me get to my free games.

Hi @Cat-13 welcome back to the community.

There are two types of tickets. 

You get which ones when you climb a heavy or super-heavy level. If you have received 4 tickets, you can buy an offer. It costs real money. 

I mean this symbol:

The other option is when you ascend a rank. The other option is when you ascend a rank. Then you get a ticket for the arena. It looks like this: 

These tickets are not to be used on the main ticket but only in the arena (on the right side below). 

You can only play the arena in portrait format, i.e. on mobile devices. On the PC / laptop, the arena does not work because you cannot create portrait format there. 

That's why you get the message.
