Is there a starting level for Royal championship

Hi All

Newbie to the game and done 300+ levels in less than two weeks but have not got Royal championship yet. As you all know i know the test feature scenario but was wondering if there is a level you have to be on before the royal championship kicks in

Thank s@headoperations explains it a little play on both win 10 app and mobile but been mainly on win 10 app so may explain the closed sign on this but not had it on either device yet. Will have to wait and see i suppose
