Same bug has recurred!

A few weeks ago I reported that with the introduction of "The Mission" (or whatever it was called), the "Give up now?" screen had developed a bug: the "Don't show this again" checkbox had no effect. The "Give up now?" dialog appeared every time you finished a level.

Then "The Mission" disappeared for a while. Now it's back, and has the very same bug. Screenshot attached.
