Why oh why does this come up several times a day while playing? It's always the same number and you never get the ticket or the lives. Very annoying although if I actually received the lives and the ticket it wouldn't bother me.

    I discussed about my doubts on this, in multiple threads!

    However I want to repeat here, together with the other members that this "mastery rank" popup screen/ animation is completely annoying and destracting and it has to be removed! 🥸

    Yeah. I see this thing is very annoying. But, on the other hand, you could refill your life faster at the main world. I think you should take this advantage to advance more level quickly before it's fixed.

    Hello, this issue usually happens when you reach a new level. But when your mastery points reach 90,000+, this issue will stop for a while.

    @Lady_Sarina this has still been affecting my gameplay too. I’ve been stuck on MP level 53 for a while now. It seems to have started when the new collection MP to unlock the Jelly Queen Safe was released. I think in the process of fixing the glitch with team selection continuously spinning, it messed up the mastery points tracking part. no signs of a fix yet. I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling my game, which was a BIG mistake because I lost all of my boosters. Like others said, this is really annoying! When will it be fixed?

    So it's been 9 months since I posted about this and it's still happening and I still don't get the life or the ticket. And save misty has been gone for awhile and I'm running out of boosters. Did they get rid of save misty?

    @grffxprs, actually you get the ticket, but only if you fillup the points! You don't get a ticket each time you see the popup! 😉

    But if at that time, you have 5 tickets or unlimited or it is Monday, you practically get nothing! 😎
