Are you having this issue here in the Community, or in the game? Can you please tell us more about it? Do you get an error message, and if so, what does it say?

If you go to your avatar top right of screen and click on this you should see edit profile. click on this and you should be bale to see if your email is correct.
Do not think your level matters for this but if it does not work get your self to level 2 in the community and try again
