Yes sometimes this can be an issue and does occur sometimes when their is maintenance to the server and in my case, the weather, which can be frustrating!

Check your connection is strong and it's good to do basic housekeeping maintenance on your device from time to time. Update apps, browsers and device software, clear caches and have minimum storage available...2 GB is recommended. Too many pages open at the same time can also interfere sometimes.
