This should be a solo challenge when your assigned ‘friends like these’ - how are teams picked - this is really not fair, and pointless even trying to win.

Me too, this event even has only 1 or 2 players active but their fish is very few.
I think this event hasn't arrived to them but they still appear in the list. If not... I have no idea why it is still like that.

It is so annoying when you play hard to win for the team, but what is the point of the event if your the only one actively playing?

I have only ever had a handful of occasions when I have active ‘friends’, I wish they would get rid of it - it’s useless if no one else in your assigned team participates.

Yes I've had 1 other active fisherperson with me, so plodding along also :0)
We did look into this topic, although it may've had a delay due to holidays. I'll check on how it's going though and get back to you when we know more :0)
