How do I start getting my Lives and giving lives back on the app?

Just above your post, in the green boxes that highlight current topics, you'll see the ✉️Empty lives inbox after receiving a notification - Under investigation!....I've given you the link to page 1 of this discussion, as it's always great to read the opening article to get the gist of what it's about...

There you can let us know your specific issue, along with which device and platform you use, which troubleshooting steps you've already tried and feedback on any steps that've helped...These are very helpful things to know when working on a fix :0)

One of the suggestions in that thread on page 3, from our Jelly CM, is to try this link here, select your device and follow the prompts...as this can cover a few more bases that just clearing the cache and general device maintenance.
