Dear players,

We are experiencing a temporary connection issue which is affecting many of our games at the moment.

Your game account, ads and purchases can be also affected by this.

We are working on a fix and to get everything back on track and counting on having this sorted out shortly.

Purchases

If you made a purchase and didn't receive your purchase because of this connection issue, you should receive the items automatically when the incident is over.

In case your purchases do not get delivered, please request for a refund or email our Player Support to get this corrected. Find more help on purchase issues and refunds HERE

    This morning I played well and now it does not connect through facebook 

    with the error of candycrushjellycanvas.king.com has taken too long to respond. 

    ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

    the problem is my connection?
