This issue may give various connection errors with events, purchases, video ads or connecting to your game account (Facebook and King account).

Paid for 24hr play & got the connection issues again, happens far too frequently!
Same here MooMooKD.. seems to happen more often than not lately. I’ve gotten kicked off of at least 10 games this morning and my streak keeps breaking and I don’t think I’ll get that gold back…. All because of my “connection issues”😵💫
So frustrating! Just waiting to hear back from an agent now about my missing time!

@morganparker42 , the problem started four hours ago- if you were having connectivity issues before, it could be related to something else I'm afraid.
@MooMooKD , I'm sure you'll hear back from the agent very soon. Our Player Support team is handling these cases very quickly.

I ended up having the 24 hour unlimited lives once the game came back up, thank goodness!! Hopefully you got yours too?!
Hi LolaPop, I have sporadic connection issues sometimes which is usually fixed by closing the game and reopening it but this morning was totally different. I even reset my Wi-Fi router because I thought it was on my end 😂 the arena seems to be back up and running, thank you!!
@morganparker42 yes I did thank you 😊 still a loss of around 2hr playtime though, doesn't sound much but nobody plays for a full 24hrs do they? 🤔
