This is ridiculous already. This has been a known issue since September of last year and still is not fixed? Horrible customer service and respect for those who pay for the game and support your careers.
Fix this. MANY PEOPLE have complained.

The issue has been addressed and you'll find that discussion in the posts above yours, in the green highlighted boxes for reading before posting, as they are current topics & provide updates & a place for you to comment if the issue effecting you still.
You can try troubleshooting for your particular device here. Not everyone's issue is related to Facebook but if it is, that may take longer, unfortunately.
Twould be great to provide your player ID, which device you are playing on and which platform (game app/ Facebook etc). Any screenshots are appreciated to help also.👍

Hi All I have a question that I'm hoping someone can answer. On the win 10 app I earn boosters but when I play the facebook version on a browser I get no boosters whatsoever no matter what. Can I fix this? TIA
