Sorry to hear about that, as twould be a little frustrating.
Try this link for troubleshooting tips first and pick your device, as I'm not sure which you are playing on.
We are unable to deal with purchases directly in the forums but you can enquire here. Tis always a great help if you can provide them with details, including - any screenshots you may have, device type and which platform you are playing on (game app, Facebook, Microsoft etc), Player ID and a description of the issue.
