Hi @Lady_Sarina. Here are the differences which I've found (13):
1) Monkling's hand missing from the sky.
2) Pink centre button missing from instrument towards top right of picture
3) Spots missing from Jelly Queen's cape.
4) Jewel in JQ's crown is different colour.
5) Rod of instrument above tail of Monkling at top left has changed colour.
6) Cupcake Carl has lost his eyebrows.
7) Pattern added to Jenny's bow.
8) Yellow swirl missing from Jenny's dress.
9) Drumstick has changed colour.
10) Larry's nose has changed colour.
11) White missing from Larry's hat.
12) Banjo fingerboard is a different colour.
13) Monkling on right has lost his eyebrows.

The 12 differences that I found are 👇
1. The dots on Jenny's hair bow are missing.
2. The yellow design on Jenny's dress is missing.
3. The color of the arrow(?) (near the end of the tail on the upper left monkling) has changed from brown to pink.
4. The color of the middle dot (in the 3 vertical dots) have changed from orange to purple.
5. The monkling to the right of Jenny is missing eyebrows.
6. The color of the end of the monkling's banjo has changed from blue to red.
7. The color of one of the monkling's drumsticks has changed from gray to green.
8. The yellow band at the bottom of the monkling's drum is missing 2 gray dots.
9. The color of Liquorice Larry's nose has changed from pink to brown.
10. Cupcake Carl is missing his purple eyebrows.
11. The color of the gem in Jelly Queen's tiara has changed from pink to purple.
12. The spots on one side of the border of Jelly Queen's cape are missing.
I'm adding another in case one of the above is wrong.
13. Liquorice Larry's hat is missing the white spot on it.

Had some eye difficulties in finding the differences...images become quite blury when zooming in but did give it a try. Here my answers for Music Eye Spy
1. Banjo top has a different colour.
2. Monkey bending backward misses eyebrows.
3. Drumstick has a different colour.
4. The jewel on JellyQueen's crown/tiara is of a different colour.
5. Jelly Queen's robe has no spots.
6. Jenny's bow has polka dots.
7. Jenny's dress is missing a swirl.
8. Larry's cap has no white colour.
9. Nose of Larry is a different colour.
10. Musical note missing in the sky.
11. Eyebrows missing on Carl.
12. Rod plant is of a different colour.
13. Middle jelly bean on saxophone has a different colour.
