There is a bug in lvl 4481 where the path of falling gems will get stuck in a loop and just falls down the same path.

Thanks for reporting this! Did it happen to you once or more times?

If it happened once, it means that it is a rare issue and happens only when the board meets certain circumstances! I have reported a similar situation a few months ago. It happened once to me! I passed the level on my next try!

However, it is good to report situations like this, because you help the Studio to correct problems!
