Hello @carisa123 sorry to hear that you've aren't able to connect your account.
Just wanted to confirm a couple of steps with you, on iOS can you please clear cache on safari and delete app again?
And at the moment none of the games (except Candy Crush Saga) are connect, is that correct? Or were you able to connect some game in one the devices?
