You need to remove cupcake so that monklings could be made in orange square, then bring it down.

Here is level 136, a monklings' level:
Tried once to play without using pre-selected boosters:
No good result...
Tried 2nd time taking all 3 preselected boosters:
This time there were opportunities for better combinations:
It was easier to create monklings and bring them down:
Victory:
So it is better for you to use preselected boosters, of course if you have some! The other boosters are more useful near the level's end, if you want to bring down your monklings and you need a few more moves.
