Why don't I get lives from friends anymore?

Why don't I get lives in my messages anymore? In fact, why don't I ever get any messages within the game anymore?

Hi @vicles81 and welcome to our Community!

One question first: do ypu connect to the game with facebook or with other way (King account or anything else).

If you connect with fb all your fb friends are automatically Jelly friends and they help you sending you lives. You can also send lives to them! Any new friend in fb who plays Jelly also connected with fb, becomes also your Jelly friend!

If you are connected to Jelly with any other way except fb, there is not any way to add Jelly friends!
