Why is there no treasure chests?
There is treasures on the map today. Yesterday I Uninstalled the game and then downloaded again. Not sure if this is what fixed it. Make sure you have saved your progress.
I have informed about the issue the Community Manager! I have not any other information about this until now! 🙂
You may have responded but did not answer the question. Is it a glitch? Or are they gone from the game.

One chest appeared on level 2773 but then, as it seems not more!
I had not the time to investigate more in the Weekend!
As far as I know there are not other report about this!
Hi @kerryhotte Welcome to the Jelly Forum. I am not responsible in this forum. But the same thing happened to me as it did to you. I'm always waiting for new levels every Wednesday because I'm at the end of the map. Otherwise, I always got the treasure chests on the map with the new levels. Last Wednesday it wasn't like that.
I thought it was because I logged into the game too early in the day. In order not to lose the double daily bonus, I played the 20 new levels even without the treasure chests. Since I don't have any new levels at the moment, I can't check if it's still like that.
I had an update in my store today and hope that the error was corrected with it.
As a precaution, I also ask the responsible colleagues @Princess_Jessica and @Nikolaos_Prodromidis whether they have received a complaint from other players.

Every gate consists of 60 levels! I play many years, from the first days Jelly started, but I do not play frequently, to "observe" how do chests behave! I actually just play some levels to have a nice time playing!
The exception was this week, when I wanted to get the 200 badge and formerly, when I got all previous badges in one try!
On the other hand, I play R.C. frequently and I know a lot of details there! 😉
I started investigating how do chests behave just because of this thread and thanks again all players for your feedback here!
@Nikolaos_Prodromidis my chest has show up again after I finished last race at level 280 but this time only have one chest.
I don't have chests either and I passed a few episodes already... must be a glitch. 😵💫

Are the treasure chests only on mobile?
Actually this is all I use is a mobile and I have no treasure chest I'm not sure what's going on but I will try to find out so we all can have a clear answer
