MESSAGES: Can't scroll messages

As you can see, there are a lot of messages outside the screen and now I even can not scroll or interact any of them. How will it be fixed?

I have an idea for this that could work.

If you can connect to Jelly on a p.c., in facebook, or downloading the Jelly app if you have windows 11, you can try to interact with your messages, because a p.c. has a larger screen.

The idea is that maybe, connecting to a different device, could solve your problem!

If not, then the problem is technical and you have to contact support!

I havent ever a problem like this, because I usually open frequently my mesages and accept the lives. 😉
