Thank you for this post. I am currently at a level that is difficult to beat. Only I've played it a few times, but I'll be fine. At some point it will work.

@Princess_Jessica, yesterday I had a level that hung up just before the end and the screen froze. I just put my device aside because I didn't want to cancel the level. I would have lost my winning streak and the golden stone on the map.

After about 3 minutes I got a popup with the options:

- Close the app

-wait

- Give feedback.

I chose to "wait" and sure enough, after another 6 minutes, the app decided that I could continue playing.

I very seldom ever play Candy Crush Jelly. Yes definitely sum hard levels. That is y I rarely play this game. @Princess_Jessica

According to my experience as a Jelly player on main board, I can say that I found difficulties only once, at the first year when Jelly released on a monkling level, maybe around level 70 or somewhere near.

This had as a result to stop playing Jelly for a long time! Then I returned back and passed the level using boosters!

Since 2019 and then, I bypass any difficult level using boosters or buying extra moves!

At the moment you get little life from the players, I've said this before. So it takes longer to get through the levels. You don't always get hours out of life. Hence my suggestion, could life be reduced from 30 to 15 minutes? There is no team here either. Only in the episode races or while fishing. A team that you could put together yourself would be helpful. How about that?

Then you could pass the levels easier and faster.
