App loading but not the levels

Has anyone got any insight? I have a iPad Air and I have been playing for years, in the last year the app will load but at soon as I click on the level I want to play and click play, it’s tries to load and then kicks me out of the app. When by some miracle it does load it kicks me out after every level I pass!!! So frustrating!!

Tell me please, how old is your ipad, which model it is and which ios version is installed?
I suggest to follow the instructions given by @Spinnifix (thanks a lot!!).
I also have an old ipad (back from 2012). It came to a point when it was not possible to play new updated game versions because they were not supported by the ios version. The app was opening and then it was crashing! I suppose that you have the same problem if your ipad is too old.

If you have a PC, you could download the game from the Play Store. Otherwise, your only option is to buy a new mobile device. For example, there are tablets that can be bought cheaply and they are a bit larger than on a mobile phone. I don't play on my phone at all. Please think about it?
