I'm sorry, but I don't understand what you mean. What does the image have to do with lives lost and messages not sent and messages received? You can change your image if you want. Go to your profile picture change.
Otherwise I need additional help here to understand what you want to tell me.🤷♀️

Hello and welcome to the community 👋@dwiddis do you mean you changed your avatar and then when you went into the game you had lost all lives and etc? If so did you check to make sure game and all devices are updated? Can I please get your king account number and I'll speak to a CM and see what can be done thank you I'm so sorry your having this problem 🤗

Ok this sounds very odd as the community has no affect on the games. Did you maybe log into the wrong account? Let me tag @FluffyDinosaur to see if she can give clarification to this?. I have the players account number it is 8442356353 and everything is updated so could it be something that were missing here?
