Crashing Facebook on MacOS Sonoma Safari.

The game starts, and a level will run for perhaps 30 seconds, and then crashes into a screen that says something went wrong, and we're working on it. This started after upgrading to MacOS Sonoma. None of my other Facebook-based games are behaving this way. I have cleared cookies, restarted and no luck.

Can you please tell me which browser you use. Is it Safari? If so you could also try Google Chrome as it is better. If you use Google Chrome then I'll report back to see what else can be done 😍

Thanks, but I won't be installing Chrome just to test this. It's the only casual game that doesn't work, and adding another browser to my system isn't worth it.

Are you playing on a PC? If so, the google chriome is automatically installed by the manufacturer. In your case, you'll be better off if you download the Opera browser. Because he can help you with this problem. Just try it!

Hello and good morning
I'm really trying to help you. You are in FB and you have to save your game progress there. I read that you still play browser games. I didn't know it was still working and being done. You probably have Window, if so, download the game from the Window Store and put it on the front of your desktop and you will always have access straight away and no longer need a browser. To help you further. Do you have a King account? Because you could synchronize FB and King account. You can find this out in the help center. There you go through it step by step. In King you don't have to save game progress. This happens automatically. There are no problems with the game on the desktop.
