Regarding the "The More The Merrier" popup, it's possible you haven't linked your King and Facebook accounts yet. To fix this, after creating a King account, log into the game via Facebook. Then, log out, and you should receive the popup with an option to add your Facebook friends. However, keep in mind if your friend hasn't logged into the game with their Facebook account in the last 90 days, the game access to the FB account will automatically expire, which may explain why they're not appearing in your friends list.
