Hello and welcome
One question: where do you play in FB or King? In FB you have to save your game progress and in King it's automatic. You can synchronize the 2 accounts. You can find this in the help center and it's there step by step. If you have a new phone, download your game again. Log in with your details. You are then at level 1. Play it and finish it, then the game will update and you should have everything as in the previous phone.
