I'm sorry you lost your boosters. Did you buy the boosters or just play for them? If you have a new device, unfortunately you cannot transfer the boosters. It stays on the device where you get the boosters. If you have purchased the boosters, please contact customer service. You can read everything in the help center.

Boosters cannot be transferred to a new device. You can read about it here: why-can-t-i-find-my-boosters.
Please use your old device to consume the boosters and win on your new device.
