everytime i go to play candy crush jelly saga or any of the king games that are available via facebook i keep being told im offline yet i can do things on facebook so why is this
at mo my windows is 10 nand cant update to 11 but the facebook King games are apps which i conettected when King games stopped doing it on there platform via comp

I completely lost all of my King games into the facebook platform on my Windows p.c!
I use Windows 11, so I have downloaded all the apps from the Store and I keep connecting using facebook, but in the facebook platform itself there is nothing!
This is happening for the last several months after an update made on facebook (without any warning as usual! 😁)
On my android phone I am also connected with facebook without any problem!
i pressed the windows 10 ms app and that was when i got the permission proplem you dont have permission to do that, pressed that 1 cause i dont play via android, ios or kindle only via facebook
@Tonya_Scanlon I'm sorry you have a permissions issue. It's a post in the help center in the HUB that should actually be accessible to everyone. Please let me talk to a manager about why there are permission issues for players. I can access it and didn't know it didn't work for you. What I can do in the meantime is a copy:

If this doesn't fix your problem, I'm afraid you'll have to uninstall and reinstall your browser. However, you will lose all boosters.
I recommend that you install your games from your device's store as an app.

@Tonya_Scanlon have you ever tried a different browser? Opera or Firefox?
i use google chrome it is upto date as check that often, do a cahe clean 2-3 times a day i did try the turning off computer and waited 5 mins but i still get it Dieomimi
@Tonya_Scanlon which browser are you using? Sometimes it's because of that.
Please check if your browser needs an update.
Then clear the cache (in the top right corner the 3-dot menu, then Settings, Privacy and Security).
Turn off your device completely for at least a minute.
If that doesn't help, try a different browser. I use Google Crome, which works fine.
this is a different proplem DieOmimi the proplem i had that i asked in blossom blast is now fixed that was cause none of the facebook games was loading that belong to king this one they load except for 1 but things are either missing like friends or the daily gift yet they all say that im offline as shown in pic
Hi @Tonya_Scanlon the problems also Facebook should be fixed by now. Can you please check if your privacy policy has expired?
You also had the problem in my forum Blossom Blast Saga and did not respond in this regard.
What exactly do you get error messages or what can't you do on Facebook?
