My game froze on me. If I exit out I lose my progress and goodies

Hi @nessabm sorry your game froze. There really is nothing we can do when it freezes. It is just one of those blips that happens. I know that is not good to hear, but it has happened to be a few times and there is nothing else to do but exit the game.

Please make sure that your game is up to date.😊

In FB you always have to save your progress. If you have a King account, you don't need it and it will be done automatically. Please update your game and clear the cache.
