We've recently become aware of an issue that affects the way the levels are synced across platforms. That means you might see a different level depending on the device you play on (phone, PC, tablet...).
Rest assured our Studio team is already hard at work on the problem and will do everything they can to resolve it as quickly as possible.

I have jelly on 4 devices, and none of them will sync. I've tried resetting, force stop, restart. Nothing

Do you login to with a fb account, with a King account or using another way?

I'm logged in with a King account and since last week the game doesn't sync anymore for me either. Thanks for reporting it. I've searched here in the forum to see if any other players are affected before I report it.
Since I am not alone in having this problem, I will now pass it on to our manager.
Your issue as well as others have been reported so hopefully it will be resolved soon 🤗

Same here for me. my phone is on level 7365 jelly saga crush but kindle is on 7346. I've synched, deleted app and reinstalled.
Hello and welcome
Jelly is currently having a problem syncing devices. This also applies to me. I'm at the end of the card with the tablet and it hasn't synced with the PC Window 10. I'm only in King.com. If you are in FB you have to save every level.
