@Melita151 the studio is currently investigating why progress in Candy Crush Jelly is no longer syncronized between different devices. Is that what you mean?
We have a lot of players who are affected by this (me too) and we have a thread in Jelly about it. I'll make sure your question is moved there.ย

This sync issue has not been fixed at all, on top of the previous issue. Honestly, maybe they should make sure any update is stable before releasing new levels. I am still quite pissed I follow the advice to delete and reinstall, loosing all my awards, only to face the same issue...
Hi everyone, as I said before, this has been reported and they are currently tying to get it fixed. Please be patient and use the device that has he highest level for the time being.
@gervicky you should never uninstall, if possible, because you do loose all of your boosters. ๐ I am sorry that happened. We always ask for members to do a soft reset. ๐ค
@johamilton .thanks for the tag unfortunately I did reinstall my game and; I have lost my boosters I had no other choice but to do that . Are they fixing the problem though? Because; I only have problems when the Petopia is on. Otherwise it's fine .but, I will wait until they fixed it. Because, I can't collect my gold bars which I won in the challenge ' s I believe it's 70 bars. That's what Lynette said if; im not wrong i could be wrong. They said .Once Petopia is finished they will add the bar's
