Hi, sorry you are having this problem. Lets do a soft reset on your game.
Just log out of your game and let it set a few seconds, then log back in with your log in and your password. Hopefully that will work for you 💕

@Lala_Crow what is the current status with you? Have you checked whether an update of your device and the app is necessary? Have you been able to move on to a higher level in the meantime?
