Candy Crush Jelly not advancing

Hi All: When I pass a level in CC Jelly it only advances on the device or app (win 10 app) but none of the other devices or on a regular browser. Is there a fix for this. Otherwise I have to play every level on every device before it will advance on that device. TIA

Hi and welcome to the community 👋 I'm sorry your having issues unfortunately there are known issues in jelly and syncing is one of them so they are working hard on getting these issues resolved once they are resolved you will see all your devices sync and on the same levels 🤗
